YOUR HEALTH MATTERS (YHM)

Health is the foundation of productivity, education, and national development. Yet millions across Nigeria and Africa still lack access to preventive care, health education, and early intervention. Non-communicable diseases, maternal mortality, mental health challenges, and poor nutrition continue to rise due to limited awareness and access. YOUR HEALTH MATTERS (YHM) was founded on a simple belief: prevention is more effective and more affordable than cure. When people are equipped with the right knowledge and services today, they can build a stronger tomorrow for themselves, their families, and their communities.
